I am grieving a loss.
I am heartbroken for a Good Man.
I am angry and trying to not wish Bad Things for someone.
I will go to the Chiropractor again.
I am thankful for Jason, for Friends, for Family, for Good People.
I am sorting through photos from May 25th for the Scrap Your Day challenge.
I am planning to take photos again tomorrow (already!).
I'm thinking about which princess I want to be.
I cried in the shower.
I drank three cappuccinos.
I watched this on YouTube and cried again.
I replayed moments over and over in my head (without wanting to).
I stepped on the scale and learned that my "screw South Beach" weekend didn't do nearly as much damage as I'd feared.
I decided not to re-start Phase One today.
I'm doing laundry and dishes and normal life things. {Weird.}
I'm trying to remember that everything happens for a reason and good things will come to those who deserve good, good things.
I am crying.
I am cutting myself some slack.
I am sending good vibes.

Hugs to you, sweet girl! Angry, sad, mad, confused, sad, sad, .... rollercoaster will HOPEFULLY ease up soon. Cutting yourself some slack would be super-good. And realizing you ARE a princess would be fantastic. Hug Jason and know it. (Thank heavens for husbands that make us real princesses in our own way because I'd rather eat a poison apple than wear a dress and dance with birds.)
Sending YOU some good vibes. Rock on!
Sending some fairy dust & wishes your way - hang in and know it will be better in time. Until then...I second Katie's suggestion to hug/hold tight to Jason and take good care of yourself and each other.
And MAKE ART! It always helps!
Hugs.
Hope things get brighter soon! Sending some good vibes your way...
Sending good thoughts and prayers your way. C.
been there. many times still there. i agree with sooz...make art...it always helps. either that or listen to some really kick ass country song.
crying in the shower- did that for so long...but guess what- surrounded by stong family ties and friends is going to get you to the other side. get your hands dirty, go for long walks, read an awesome book, journal--
cut yourself lots of slack---we are human after all.
love to you.
Ahhh, Cameron. What a week! Thank you for being there; I could not have made it through last weekend and this week without you! Just jumped off the plane... Call you tomorrow with details of moving day...
